(TSX: INE) (“Innergex” or the “Corporation”) has been ranked 2nd in Canada’s Best 50 corporate citizens of 2022 by Corporate Knights magazine based on a rigorous assessment of top Canadian companies. This ranking shows the performance of major Canadian corporations from all sectors in terms of sustainable development leadership.

This ranking follows the release of Innergex’s 2021 Sustainability Report on April 7th, 2022 highlighting the Corporation’s continuous efforts to improve its Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) performance linked with the disclosures outlined in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (“SDGs”), the Carbon Disclosure Project (“CDP”) and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (“SASB”).
