On Wednesday, December 14, Terri Lynn Morrison, Director of the Mesgi'g Ugju's'n wind power project, and Jeanne Gaudreault, Chief Environment Officer at Innergex, will present a case study on Mesgi'g Ugju's'n, the first wind farm in Quebec to be developed jointly with First Nations.

The result of a 50-50 partnership between Quebec's three Mi'gmaq communities and Innergex, the project represents a tangible opportunity for the region, thanks in part to the local economic spin-offs and job prospects created within the Mi'gmaq communities.

The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Montréal on December 14 and 15.
